What is Djassi Ventures?

Djassi Ventures is a London-based Venture Builder working alongside bold and ambitious founders to build scalable, commercially sustainable and investment-ready startups.

Unlike traditional accelerators, mentoring programmes, consultancies or training providers, our role is not to deliver a predefined number of workshops, mentoring sessions or introductions. Instead, we work alongside a select group of founders over the long term, combining Venture Building expertise, strategic advisory, proven execution frameworks and access to our global ecosystem.

Our ambition is not simply to help founders solve today's challenges. It is to become a long-term Venture Building partner, supporting them throughout their entrepreneurial journey, from validating their product and acquiring their first customers to preparing for investment and scaling internationally.

At the heart of our model is a simple philosophy: exceptional startups aren't built through isolated advice or one-off introductions. They're built through consistent execution, strategic guidance, accountability and access to the right ecosystem at the right time.

Every journey starts with the Venture Assessment

01

Comprehensive Assessment

Every startup starting its journey with Djassi Ventures begins with a comprehensive Venture Assessment, typically completed over 2–4 weeks.

02

Deep Business Discovery

Before determining how we can best support your startup, we first need to understand the business in depth: what has already been validated, what remains uncertain, where the strongest opportunities exist, and which gaps could prevent the business from successfully growing and scaling.

03

Tailored to Maturity

The depth and duration of the Assessment will depend on the maturity and complexity of the startup, as well as the evidence already available.

04

Evidence-Based Maturity

The purpose of the Venture Assessment is therefore not simply to determine how "advanced" a startup is. It is to establish an evidence-based view of the business, identify its highest-priority challenges and opportunities, and determine where Venture Building support can create the greatest impact.

What we assess in your startup

  • The depth of understanding of the problem and customer
  • The quality of Customer Research and market validation
  • The maturity and readiness of the product or MVP
  • Evidence of customer adoption, usage and willingness to pay
  • The strength of the Business Model, pricing and unit economics
  • The quality of the go-to-market and distribution strategy
  • Commercial traction, revenue and growth metrics
  • Competitive positioning and differentiation
  • Team, operational and legal readiness
  • Fundraising and investment readiness

What you get from the Venture Assessment

  • A comprehensive assessment of your startup's current maturity, strengths and critical gaps
  • A clear view of what has genuinely been validated and what remains assumption
  • Investment Committee feedback on the areas that could strengthen or weaken the venture
  • A prioritised set of strategic and execution priorities
  • A tailored Venture Building Roadmap with clear actions, milestones and measurable outcomes
  • A recommendation for the Venture Building track most relevant to your next stage

The Assessment answers a simple but important question: what does your startup actually need next?

Then we define your Venture Building track

There is no one-size-fits-all journey with Djassi Ventures.

Based on the outcomes of the Venture Assessment, we determine the Venture Building track that can create the greatest impact for your startup at that point in its journey.

Depending on the maturity, priorities and ambitions of the business, your journey may focus on one of four Venture Building tracks.

Validate
VBA LAB

Beta & Commercial Validation

For startups that have developed an MVP or early product and now need stronger evidence that customers experience the problem, value the solution, use the product and are willing to pay.

  • Customer and problem validation
  • MVP and feature validation
  • Beta pilot design and execution
  • Customer adoption and usage
  • Pricing and willingness-to-pay experimentation
  • Product iteration informed by customer evidence
  • Early customer acquisition
  • Commercial partnerships
  • Initial revenue and traction

Move from having a product to having evidence that the foundations of a commercially viable business exist.

Commercialise
GCA LAB

GTM & Commercialisation Acceleration

For startups that have established early validation and now need to turn those signals into a more repeatable and scalable commercial engine.

  • Go-to-Market strategy
  • Ideal Customer Profile refinement
  • Customer acquisition and sales process development
  • Pricing optimisation and distribution channels
  • Strategic and commercial partnerships
  • Conversion, retention and revenue growth
  • Commercial metrics and unit economics

Transform early commercial activity into a repeatable model for acquiring, converting and retaining customers.

Fund
FUND

Fundraising Acceleration

For startups with sufficient validation and traction that are preparing to raise institutional capital (typically large pre-seed or seed rounds).

  • Fundraising strategy and investment positioning
  • Investment narrative and pitch development
  • Financial modelling and use of funds
  • Valuation and round structure considerations
  • Investor materials and data room readiness
  • Investor targeting, mapping and engagement

Not simply to help founders pitch investors, but to help build businesses investors have a compelling reason to invest in.

Expand
EXPAND

Internationalisation & New Market Entry

For startups exploring, validating or preparing to enter new geographic markets.

  • Market prioritisation, selection and intelligence
  • Customer and demand validation
  • Competitive and pricing intelligence
  • Local regulatory requirements
  • Market-entry strategy and local partnerships
  • Soft-landing support and customer acquisition
  • Ecosystem development and international positioning

Ensure international expansion is driven by evidence and a credible commercial opportunity rather than assumption.

One Startup. One Tailored Journey.

No rigid boundaries. Just the right support for your stage.

12–16 weeks

Phase One of your Venture Building journey

Phase One of your Venture Building journey with Djassi Ventures typically takes between 12–16 weeks.

01

The Venture Assessment

2–4 weeks

It starts with the Venture Assessment, typically completed over 2–4 weeks. Based on its findings, we define your primary Venture Building track, build your tailored Venture Building Roadmap, and work alongside you through a focused execution period against the priorities, milestones and outcomes identified for your startup.

02

Tailored to your startup

The duration and focus of Phase One will vary depending on the maturity of the business, the Venture Building track and what needs to be achieved.

03

The first phase of an ongoing relationship

But Phase One is exactly that, the first phase. Our relationship with founders is not defined by a 12–16 week timeline. As your startup progresses, new priorities and opportunities will emerge, and the Venture Building relationship will evolve across different tracks and stages of growth.

This is not a program you complete. It is a Venture Building relationship that evolves with your startup.

More than a journey. An ecosystem.

By starting your journey with Djassi Ventures, you become part of the Djassi Ecosystem — a global ecosystem designed to help founders build, grow and scale. Access is progressively unlocked as the relationship develops and the startup demonstrates execution and readiness.
